![]() ![]() Please, note that iGetter uses the "/Users//Library/Application Support" folder. So, please check your email for further instructions. As in all such cases we need to investigate the problem first. ![]() Thank you for your post even though this forum is not intended for registered customers. This may be pilot error, so I'm open to suggestions. The frustrating thing is that, despite having purchased two licenses, I seem to never get both computers authorized so they STAY authorized. Now, my original license isn't working, and the iGetter folder in Application Support isn't even there! I created a new iGetter folder in Application support, and put my saved license file in it, but that didn't work. Right now that one is working, as long as it's not on my network - but, I bought the second license so I could do that. When I bought the second license for my MacBook Pro, it worked fine. We've sent an email to you regarding your problem. iGetter does the very same thing regardless of whether I run Safari or Firefox, and even does it if I launch iGetter manually rather than automatically from within the browser.Īny suggestions would be gratefully accepted. I'm running 10.6.1 in 64 bit mode, iGetter 2.7.5, and have set Safari to open in 32 bit mode. I am only using it on one Mac, same machine every time, and every time I use it, I have to reactivate it. I'm beginning to get seriously annoyed at having to reactivate iGetter every time I use it. ![]()
